Reiki Level I:

This class is a 4-6 hour commitment via Zoom or Skype. You will learn all the hand positions and basic metaphysical concepts, ethics, and history of Reiki. Reiki level 1 trains you to work on yourself, animals, and plants. A certificate of completion is included after the requirements have been met.

A 90 day waiting period between each level is required so that you can practice and gain experience with Reiki energy.
